So luckily for me I have a 30gb iPod and the majority of my music was on it. I found a program called Floola which not only allowed me to copy my songs off my iPod, but let me choose exactly what kind of directory structure I wanted to use to store them.
Sadly I couldn't get anything off the drive, every time I tried it sounded like something was grinding inside. I couldn't even open it to find out what, because despite having three different sets of screw driver bits, one specifically for computers, none were small enough for the screws Western Digital uses. Why are companies so fucking stupid?
Anyway, the upside is this made the decision to switch to Winamp that much easier. Which means I can now work on integrating what I'm listening to with my blog.

I just installed the Adblock Plus extension for firefox.
To test it I went to The Pirate Bay because there's this one incredibly annoying ad that shows up there from time to time. It makes this annoying zapping noise*. So I did a search, and knowing it didn't matter what I searched for I just typed in something.
Did you know there's a band called the Cumshot Hookers? Apparently they have an song called Gimme Something. The lyrics are pretty much what you'd expect from a band called Cumshot Hookers.
* I would just like to state for the record that I think anyone who puts automatically playing sounds in an advertisement should be dragged into the street and shot.

Chess boxers slug it out
Stripped to the waist, wearing towels around their shoulders and headphones playing the lulling sound of a moving train to drown out the baying crowd, the men played for four minutes. Then off came their reading glasses and on went the gloves and the mouthguards.

Some girl just tried to pick me up in the metro by asking to taste my candy, offering me some rum, telling me how she sleeps an hour here, an hour there, explaining how she stole the watch she was wearing, and ending with the subject of this post. Very classy.
It's unfair that she was so hot.
