Although, in fairness, I’m no hunter.

I’m not offended that this makes fun of vegetarians; it’s just racist.
The word “vegetarian” is derived from the Latin word vegetus meaning lively or vigorous - however, some sources like to claim it’s just “vegetable” plus “-arian” (what about fruits, nuts, and grains, hello~).

Hate to say it, but it is vegetable-arian - vegetable as in animal, vegetable, mineral. Not really racist, but quite funny.

Claiming something is an “old Indian word”, if you don’t call that racist you at least call it backwater white trash logic.

AHAHAHAHA, you have to love the absolute stupidity of anyone calling this racism or white trash. If anything I’m saying Native American’s are to be looked up to as not being stupid white people who think vegetarianism is good for them. We’re omnivores, not herbivores, our natural diet includes meat. Only assholes like right wing religions nuts, peta, and vegans fight this much over what they choose for themselves because they aren’t confident enough in their own opinions. Probably because deep down they know they’re just blindly following what someone told them to think, putting down others just for disagreeing, instead of actually thinking for themselves.

If Native Americans are to be “looked up to”, don’t outright lie about Native American culture just to make a quick hick joke.
Go blindly follow what the meat industry tells you is right, and I’ll go ‘blindly follow’ scientific discoveries explaining the health benefits of not eating animals.
Brown University Health Education, Oxford University, American Dietetic Association / Dietitians of Canada PubMed Article.

Seriously? Blindly follow the meat industry? Cause you know for a fact I don’t go out of my way to find and pay extra for free range eggs and meat? That I don’t eat healthy and exercise? Thank you for proving my point that you can’t think beyond your own opinion, as you can quote scientific studies, but you can’t look up the meaning of racism, or think before throwing out a sentence like white trash. I’d rather be what you think of as racist, then be so devoid of humour and free thought that I can’t tell my own head is up my ass.
